JENNIFER LIU

Jennifer Zhuo Liu, MA, fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese, is the founder of U.S. News Express (UNE ), a bilingual online news outlet headquartered in San Dimas, California since 2015. 

She also serves on the governing board of KJC International, Inc., a consulting firm in Los Angeles. She has been the China Business Development Manager of the Beverly Hills Conference & Visitors Bureau since 2012. Prior to that, she was the editor-in-chief of Sing Tao Daily News Los Angeles for over 10 years.

With more than 20 years of experience in government and the media industry, Jennifer is well-connected with government officials, business elites, and community members.  It is her firm belief that exchange generates understanding, and understanding results in cooperation.
